AUSSIE PAVLOVA

YIELDS: 4 Servings

PREP TIME: 10 minutes

COOK TIME: 1 hour 45 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

● 5 egg whites

● 100 g white caster sugar

● 2 teaspoons cornflour

● Fresh fruit, cream, and other toppings of your choice

DIRECTIONS:

1. PREHEAT your air fryer to 100 oC.

2. LINE the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

3. BEAT egg whites in a dry, clean bowl until they form soft peaks.

4. ADD the caster sugar and cornflour gradually, beating until stiff and glossy.

5. SMOOTH the egg mixture over the parchment paper to form a disc.

6. BAKE in the air fryer for 45 minutes.

7. TURN the air fryer off, but do not remove the pavlova.

8. ALLOW it to sit in the air fryer for an additional 60 minutes.

9. TRANSFER to a serving platter, top with fresh fruit and cream, and enjoy.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN: There are no rules when it comes to topping your pavlova. Try fresh strawberries, mango, kiwi fruit, chocolate, passionfruit, caramel sauce, or sliced banana.
