Defective products are replaced free of charge without any shipping fee (if is contacted and informed customer support within 30-day of purchasing). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a free return postage label (Prepaid by Auspure).
Returns and Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing at email@example.com for a free return postage label (Prepaid by Auspure). A full refund will be processed promptly via the same payment method you have made.
You must ensure the goods you are returning are unused, in their original packaging with all tags, instructions and parts included.
To facilitate the refund or replacement process, please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation and a short returning reason inside the package.
