Ingredients:


+2 teaspoons butter


+4 eggs

+1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicums, mushrooms, spinach, onion, tomatoes, etc.), diced


+¼ cup cheese, grated


+Salt and pepper, to taste
HOW TO COOK:

STEP 1

GREASE a 20 x 10 cm pan liberally with butter.


STEP 2

PREHEAT your air fryer to 180 °C.


STEP 3

MIX eggs, milk, mixed vegetable, cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.


STEP 4

POUR the egg mixture into your pan, and carefully place into the air fryer basket.


STEP 5

BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked through.


STEP 6

REMOVE the omelette from the pan by loosening the edges with a thin spatula.


STEP 7

SERVE with toast, avocado, hot sauce, or another side of your choice.
