Mixed Veggie Omelette


INGREDIENTS:
* 2 teaspoons butter
* 4 eggs
* ½ cup milk
* 1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicums, mushrooms, spinach, onion, tomatoes, etc.), diced
* ¼ cup cheese, grated
* Salt and pepper, to taste

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 teaspoons butter
* 4 eggs
* ½ cup milk
* 1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicums, mushrooms, spinach, onion, tomatoes, etc.), diced
* ¼ cup cheese, grated
* Salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. GREASE a 20 × 10 cm pan liberally with butter.


2. PREHEAT your air fryer to 180o C.


3. MIX eggs, milk, mixed vegetable, cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.


4. POUR the egg mixture into your pan, and carefully place into the air fryer basket.


5. BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked through.


6. REMOVE the omelette from the pan by loosening the edges with a thin spatula.


7. SERVE with toast, avocado, hot sauce, or another side of your choice.
