STEP 1

PREHEAT your air fryer to 200 °C.


STEP 2

PLACE the pork sausage in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without touching.


STEP 3

COOK for 5 minutes and then turn over.


STEP 4

FRY for a further 3 minutes until cooked through and brown on each side.


STEP 5

ALLOW to cool for 2 to 3 minutes then serve.
