DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1

PREHEAT your air fryer to 175 °C.


STEP 2

WHISK together the eggs, butter, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.


STEP 3

DIP each slice of bread in the egg mixture, lightly coating both sides.


STEP 4

MIX the sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.


STEP 5

SPRINKLE a little of the sugar mixture on both sides of the bread.


STEP 6

PLACE the coated bread slices in the air fryer basket and fry for 8 minutes.


STEP 7

REMOVE and allow to cool.


STEP 8

DRIZZLE with honey to serve.
