DIRECTIONS:
STEP 1
GREASE a 20 + 10 cm pan liberally with butter.STEP 2
PREHEAT your air fryer to 180o C.STEP 3
MIX eggs, milk, mixed vegetable, cheese, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well combined.STEP 4
POUR the egg mixture into your pan, and carefully place into the air fryer basket.STEP 5
BAKE for 10 to 12 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked through.STEP 6
REMOVE the omelette from the pan by loosening the edges with a thin spatula.STEP 7
SERVE with toast, avocado, hot sauce, or another side of your choice.
